The iterative processes can be configured to create intelligent teams that interactively challenge routine users, understand common assumptions, redefine difficult problems, and build truly innovative solutions. There is only one problem with this premise that this happens rarely. Most lies are harder to prove despite strong allegations. In corporate speak, relationships are more important than facts as they serve to serve status quo and undermine truth. It’s horrible, but unfortunately, it’s true. There is no escape from these patterns of harsh reality. This behavior is not very nurturing. Instead, it may be indistinctive but inconsequential as they are not intended to distinguish oneself and not get attention. Every now and then, there is a pretense of normality. But it is a red flag. What appear to be sacrifices are actually tactics to delay the scrutiny of facts where truth doesn’t matter. Working on this topic gave me a fighting chance to avoid purportedly a fraudulent situation. One can be approached to comply or quit insisting for a change or evolve as this could be bigger than what’s possible. There are no moral consequences to such behavior and keep it away from the world. It is not at all sustainable since this sounds suspicious. Underdogs don’t need to deal with an extreme version of the narcissistic doing. Never there is more need to evaluate knowledge of some forms of leadership as keepers of sanity. Everyone’s life is touched by the wrong one time or other times. Deception is the key in most situations. However, those who need to feel wanted prey on people’s emotions rather than dealing with causes of such attitudes. Obviously, some folks don’t distinguish between what is valuable and what is fluff. Thuth doesn’t matter to them. Instead, exercising privilege of the position of power is paramount. I could be wrong, but it is beyond questionable. A mistake can be amended if somebody is really remorseful of their wrongdoing. Absent such realization one plays in hands of their own flawed understanding of facts. It just takes time for change to happen and possibilities to be explored. It is important to some to be 100% truthful. However, the first reaction to all this is the distress of facing pushbacks. How can someone do this, knowing the whole story. It is hard to believe where the line between truth and lies is. All we have to do or can do is move on as choices are not limitless. And that’s the remarkable adaptability of the human journey. Of course, the message of strength and conviction can change the world. It should not absolutely bother anyone as one may become an unsung hero.
