Survivorship bias occurs when researchers focus on individuals, groups, or cases that have passed some sort of selection process while ignoring those who did not. Survivorship bias can lead researchers to form incorrect conclusions due to only studying a subset of the population. If one is not able to become a high value person, he or she is considered to be a member of a sweat shop and it doesn’t matter how significant survivor he or she is due to unconscious bias. Such a situation can get one a less of the pie. Only way to escape this fate is to create new use cases that leave a tangible legacy. Communication, compassion, and care have to work with multiple layers of a peripheral vision. Own your service, your judgment, and your efforts to quite everybody’s concerns. There is no point in throwing rocks on anybody as they did the best they could. What is the way forward has to be everyone’s mind. Experience a game-changing innovation when you seize your potential. Clearly, then there is progress as it is slated to be. This may not be possible if all you see, sense, feel, and experience pushbacks. Nobody likes it when some people always second-guess your actions. They impact your ability to thrive even if you are being astute: having or showing an ability to accurately assess situations or people and turn this to one’s advantage.
