Perhaps it may be termed as fear mongering since valid or invalid fears have a very little distinction in their effectiveness to lead either one on a path of certainty or a path of unknown possibilities therefore to judge a book from its cover but not contents could be a huge mistake in a long run. What we know today is not going to stay what we know tomorrow so to think that reincarnation is merely a myth may be a misnomer since all pointers points to it if it is believed that soul is indestructible. And why not at one moment a human body is alive but as soon as the physical organ(s) of it stop working it is dead. The question is when a baby is born it is a physical being and all physical beings are different in construction because of their DNA so they assume different characteristics from one another to some extent but for a moment we believe that the variance in two human beings cannot be explained just because of physical differences since humans have a wide spectrum of existence then the question arises what more separates us and one can say likely it is a non-physical entity which ought to exist due to duality does add to physical ourselves. This we call a soul of a living being. Then the question becomes what happens to the soul when the physical body dies. One explanation can be it dies too. However, since the physical body dies it’s duality has to live due to very nature of duality having an opposite existence. Then the question becomes if it doesn’t die then what happens to it, does it stay floating in the Universe without entering into another physical being. And this is where we all can differ as to whether a soul can acquire a new physical body. The answer lies in duality itself as a physical body cannot enter into another soul so the soul should be able to enter a new physical body. Here is your reincarnation 101. Like it or not.
